▲Sarsi is the
first Betan to phone in from abroad his attendance at the Kapihan. Joe
correctly listed him as attendee, No. 35. Brods abroad, you have your
chance on March 1.

Joe,
Thanks for including me in the attendance sheet. Missed you all. But I'm
there in spirit. At nariyan din naman ang ka-batch kong si Joe Vic. Sayang,
nasa London daw yong brod nating Pakistani. Sana nag-kape rin kami dito.
Am leaving tonight for Dhaka but I'll be there for the next kapihan.
Regards,

subject [be_matters] 257 th Kapihan
Brods,
I am glad and proud to advise that the 257th Kapihan attended by 38 brods
held at the "Coffee Beanery" (just in front of "The Cravings" and still on
the 5th floor of Shangrila Plaza) was literally SRO (standing room only)
SRO because if we sat in a long table if would be very difficult to
understand what was being talked about, as in all Kapihans, nearly
everybody talks at the same time.
So ,Brods started to stand , in groups of two, three or four and more
often than not, pictures were taken every now and then, which will be
evidenced by photos to be published by Mon and/or Leony. Soon the hall way
between "The Cravings" and "The Coffee Beanery" was clogged by the
Brods and pedestrians were having difficulty to pass.
The vibrant and joy full group were:

The gathering
was graced among others, just as important,by the presence BEAI Prexy
Vic,Ahorro, Four(4) BEFAAA Brods and the Kapihan hosted the Betan Golden
Jubilarians( Batch 58),the Ruby Jubiliarians( Batch 63) and Batch 69 who
claims the 257th Kapihan merely concided with there 39th year celebration
as Betans .
The 38 brods who attended the 257th Kapihan looks forward to match or
exceed the attendance in the future Kapihan/s.
For those who were not able to attend,"wish you were here"
