An Evening with Manny Agustines and the Resident Brods Sep 19, '08 9:16 PM

A number of brods were treated to a sumptuous barbecue of Wagyu burgers and steak at Manny Augustines' Ramcar office penthouse along Roces Avenue. The resident brods brought along about fifteen aspiring neophytes who will soon be undergoing the rites of passage. Wilford Lim, president of Beta Epsilon alumni in North America happened to be in town. Cebu magnate, Wally Liu also flew in for a workshop with the residents earlier in the afternoon

Dear Brod Manny Agustines:

Thank you for your hospitality last night, esp. in behalf of the the residents, in support of the ongoing ROP reform process, in which occasion the 10 or so potential recruits had surely observed and sensed the spirit of brotherhood (and excellence) present in Beta Epsilon. We also saw your plans (drawings) to assist the residents in modernizing/ upgrading the BE tambayan (now in the 2nd floor lobby, later to be moved to the common org. plaza in the 4th floor of Melchor Hall).

Your hosting is a significant culminating affair in the 3rd Quarter, following the 79th Anniversary Dinner at VV3 (and also counting the Prostate Lecture last Sept. 18). Thank you.
